At Rejuvenating Health, our team is made up of passionate and dedicated professionals who are committed to helping you achieve optimal health and wellness. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and expertise to the table, and we work together to provide you with the best possible resources and support.

Lindsey VanSchoyck

Lindsey struggled with disordered eating throughout high school and college. Finally reaching rock bottom, she found herself in a rehabilitation center to try to get her struggles
under control once and for all.. Lindsey then got pregnant in 2008 with her first child and knew that she not only had to fix her mind, body & relationship with food for herself but also
for her daughter. After having her children she suffered from severe gut health and hormonal issues and found that conventional medicine and treatment were not right for her.

She has gone on to transform her body and mind by rebuilding her metabolism. Lindsey has been Instrumental In helping others take that same journey. Through her advanced degrees in nursing and functional health and over 10 years experience as a health coach Lindsey has found the perfect protocol, individualized to her clients to get them back to health and happiness. Our clients have experienced success not by doing crazy workouts or crash diets – things that are not sustainable for the average person – but Instead by repairing their metabolism so the body naturally moves to its healthy bodyweight and keeps this long term.   • Lacey
    For 12 years I have been an athlete, playing multiple sports throughout high school. My current sport I currently practice is CrossFit and I have been doing so for the last 4 years, and coaching in this sport for 2 years now. Along with coaching CrossFit I have also been nutrition coaching for a year and a half. Currently I am 27 years old and a first time mom to a 12 month old little boy. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at Final Call Vincennes, and a nutrition coach there as well specializing in helping women create healthy habits with nutrition and fitness during pregnancy, and postpartum. My main goal is to help women understand the changes their bodies are currently going through and have gone through, and how to manage and maintain their athleticism throughout both journeys. Along with educating them on nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum so they can lead a healthy lifestyle for their baby! I don’t promise you “abs after baby” or “little” weight gain during pregnancy. Each and every journey is different, but I can help you feel your best during both seasons! It won’t always be easy, but it will be worth it!

    Kendall, 37, lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and four kids. She has a passion for helping women over 30 feel, look and live better. Kendall's fitness journey started more than 7 years ago when she struggled with being overweight. With the help of training and nutrition experts Kendall was able to gain confidence, lose weight, and change her outlook on nutrition and fitness. A passion was born and now she wants to share that passion with as many women as she can. Now, as a L1 Precision Nutritionist and NASM-CPT, Kendall enjoys helping the women around her regain their confidence – mentally, emotionally, nutritionally and physically. She believes the best way to help someone transform their health is to start with their nutrition. But nutrition only matters if you also know how to change your behaviors. “When things change inside you, things change around you.”
  • Shelby
    Shelby Shelby is a 43 yr old, wife, mom CrossFit gym owner and nutrition coach. She was roped into trying CrossFit by her husband after having her second son and has been hooked ever since. 6 years ago she underwent a much needed hysterectomy and her body immediately changed; even with eating well and consistent exercise. She knew she had to be missing something but didn’t know what that was. The Rejuvenating Nutrition program was the missing link. Shelby’s passion is in helping people get out of their own way and live their healthiest life. Being a part of the team at Rejuvenating was the perfect fit. She is now able to help pass along the hope of change that comes through menopause and teach people how to work with their bodies to reach their goals!
  • Laken
    From NOLA to NOVA, Laken is a New Orleans native who found herself in Northern Virginia in 2015 by way of a corporate career in property management. Prior to that, she was living in Harrisonburg where she graduated from James Madison University in 2009 with a degree in Business Management. Laken has dabbled in many different fitness modalities and has always been drawn to self discovery through hard work and pushing limits. Gaining confidence through strength has always been a guiding light on her path. She began coaching small group fitness in 2012, followed by nutrition coaching and personal training in the years to follow. As both a coach and athlete, Laken considers herself more of a generalist with a focus on consistency, longevity, and mental fortitude. She believes in hard work, determination, and a long term sustainable approach to accomplishing goals. In 2020, like many others, Laken came to the realization that impacting others and seeking internal fulfillment were way more valuable to her than the security of a salary and benefits. So after 8 years of being passionate about her “side hustle”, she left her corporate job to make coaching her primary focus. She opened a personal training studio with a lifestyle coaching model where the focus was not only on training and nutrition, but also on daily habits outside of the gym. Through her continued education and experience, Laken has a firm belief in the power of a personalized nutrition strategy, intentional mindset work, and having a coach who has your back. Her passion comes from witnessing permanent transformations that develop from the inside out when clients invest in themselves and are ready to put in the work. She finds joy in helping people push past their comfort zone and overcome the burden of their doubts. As a busy entrepreneur, Laken understands the struggle of prioritizing a healthy lifestyle with a hectic schedule. She specializes in disrupting diet beliefs, overcoming uncertainty, and building consistent routines. “Act by DESIGN and not by DEFAULT.”
