OUR MISSION
By applying our passion and collective knowledge, we help women overcome hormonal issues, gut health issues, weight loss resistance, fatigue, underlying trauma, thyroid issues, and more through holistic coaching and personalized plans. Our goal is to do so with the most personalized, effective, and precise nutrition, fitness, and health plan backed by science and experience, resulting in changing women's lives forever.

To help 2,500 women over the next 5 years transform their health, confidence, and life through genomics based nutrition, fitness, and health coaching. We know not everyone is in the position to work with us, so we want to touch the lives of 10,000 over the next 5 years through public speaking, our podcast, our free resources, and our social media platforms.

Jilisa Chenard has always viewed health from a fully holistic perspective. She is a gym owner, Registered Nurse, Nutrition Coach, and has a specialty in Eating Disorder Recovery. She sees health from all angles and perspectives and is passionate about helping each client reach their goals in a sustainable, longevity focused way. Her favorite things are barbells and pizza, and understands the value of a balanced lifestyle!

Bridgette Hill has a long career in traditional medicine within the diagnostic laboratory setting
which she has combined with a passion for Wellness. Her educational focus in disease
pathology and Medical Laboratory technology has well versed her in the physiology of health
and disease. As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, she utilizes this
expertise to empower clients to take control of their own wellbeing. She is passionate about
emphasizing consistency over intensity and prioritizing the journey over the destination. When
she isn’t coaching she is immersed in all things outdoors from kayaking and hiking to gardening
and foraging for wild medicinals.

She’s all about helping her clients create sustainable habits that make them feel healthy, strong, and HAPPY! Outside of coaching, Breena loves gardening, reading, being outside, and spending time with family and friends.

Tracy Mott has been passionate about health and helping others her entire life. From nurse's aide at age 18 to LPN and then RN she spent many years in the healthcare system but the conventional way of treating health didn’t align with her belief systems of supporting the body as a whole with nutrition, fitness and lifestyle behaviors. Tracy now supports women by helping them understand the food and fitness that works for their unique body and how to make those changes successful in the context of the ever busy lives that women have today. In her off time Tracy enjoys being in the gym, going to the local farmers market and seeing her granddaughter as often as possible.Certifications:

Rachel has always been passionate about science, exercise, and helping others. Most
of her professional nursing career has been spent working at women’s hospitals and
caring for women across their lifespan. She switched gears in 2019 and became a
Certified Health Coach and taught health coaching certification courses for the Dr.
Sears Wellness Institute and American Council on Exercise (ACE.) Rachel also
obtained certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching to provide a well-
rounded, holistic approach for her clients. As a wife and mother of 5 children
(including a set of triplet boys), Rachel understands the challenge of work-life balance
and strives to make living a healthy lifestyle easy, practical, and fun. She believes that
everything is connected in the body and finding the root cause of an issue is the best
way to truly heal and have vibrant health. As a National Board-Certified Health &
Wellness Coach, she helps her clients sift through all the noise about nutrition and
exercise and develops programs that successfully guide them in achieving their health
and wellness goals. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Rachel reading a good book,
hiking in a National Park, baking healthy treats for her family, and playing tennis.

As the Director of a Fitness Center, a certified health and wellness coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, Allison brings a wealth of expertise to her work. She has experience working with clients in both gym and healthcare settings, helping them achieve their wellness goals.
Beyond her professional roles, Allison is also a wife and mother of three young children. She understands firsthand the challenges of living a busy and fulfilling life while striving for balance through movement, mindfulness, and nutrition. Allison believes that prioritizing these essential elements of wellness can transform lives and create lifelong healthy habits.

Kathy has over 25 years’ experience in the fitness and wellness space, working both in person and online as a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and more recently as a Women’s Health Coach. Jodi Brown is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for functional health and wellness. Since 2002, she has been dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through holistic practices. Her journey into the field of women's health and fertility began in 2004, inspired by her own experiences as a mother of two boys. Beyond her professional endeavors, she's had the privilege of being a surrogate three times, bringing three girls and a boy into loving families. Jodi and her husband Jeff have been together since 1994, sharing a life enriched by our four dogs and three cats on our five-acre home in the serene countryside near Peoria, IL. As an avid animal lover and rescue volunteer, she finds fulfillment in supporting both people and animals alike.
Her personal struggles with weight since childhood have fueled her commitment to helping others navigate similar challenges. She's deeply passionate about empowering women to transform their lives sustainably through healthy lifestyle changes. MEET THE FOUNDER
LINDSEY VANSCHOYCK
Lindsey is a board certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and functional medicine. Lindsey struggled with disordered eating throughout high school and college. Finally reaching rock bottom, she found herself in a rehabilitation center to try to get her struggles under control once and for all. She then got pregnant in 2008 with her first child and knew that she not only had to fix her mind, body, and relationship with food for herself, but also for her daughter.
After having children, she suffered from severe gut health and hormonal issues and found that conventional medicine and treatment were not right for her. She went on to transform her body and mind by rebuilding her metabolism. Lindsey now is an instrumental piece in helping others take that same journey. Through her advanced degrees in nursing and functional health and over 15 years experience as a health coach, Lindsey has found the perfect protocol, individualized to her clients, to get them back to health and happiness.
Lindsey continues to positively impact lives be empowering her team and her own clients to experience success not by doing crazy workouts or crash diets, things that are not sustainable for the average person, but instead by effectively repairing metabolisms so bodies can naturally move to its healthy body weight and maintain long term results.
By founding Rejuvenating Health, Lindsey helps others on the daily by leading women to discover how they too can get their metabolism working in a way that creates a healthy, sexy and strong body!
