ABOUT US

WE'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT GUIDING YOU TOWARDS YOUR BEST SELF

At Rejuvenating Health, we believe true wellness is not simply the absence of disease — it’s the presence of vitality, resilience, and confidence in your body. Health is multi-dimensional, and optimal well-being requires addressing the physical, metabolic, hormonal, mental, and emotional systems together, not in isolation.

Our approach is rooted in Lifestyle Medicine and functional medicine principles, combining advanced lab testing with personalized nutrition, movement, stress regulation, sleep optimization, and mindset work. Rather than chasing symptoms or quick fixes, we focus on identifying root causes and creating sustainable strategies that support long-term health, energy, and quality of life.

Whether you’re navigating weight resistance, hormonal changes, gut dysfunction, chronic stress, or simply feel disconnected from your body, Rejuvenating Health meets you where you are. Our multidisciplinary team includes medical providers, health coaches, and wellness professionals who work collaboratively to provide education, accountability, and individualized care — because no two bodies (or seasons of life) are the same.

Whether you’re just beginning your health journey or ready to elevate your health to the next level, Rejuvenating Health is here to support you every step of the way. We invite you to explore our programs and discover how a personalized, whole-body approach can help you feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered in your life.

OUR MISSION

At Rejuvenating Health, our mission is to help women overcome complex health challenges — including hormonal imbalances, gut dysfunction, weight loss resistance, fatigue, thyroid disorders, and the lasting effects of chronic stress and trauma — through personalized, whole-body care.

By combining evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine, functional diagnostics, and compassionate coaching, we create precise, individualized nutrition, movement, and health strategies that address root causes rather than symptoms. Our approach is grounded in science, informed by lived experience, and designed to create sustainable transformation — not temporary fixes.

Our goal is to empower women to rebuild trust with their bodies, restore metabolic and hormonal balance, and step into lasting health, confidence, and vitality for life.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to transform the way women experience health — shifting from symptom management to root-cause healing through personalized, data-driven, whole-body care. Over the next five years, we aim to help women rebuild metabolic health, restore hormonal balance, and feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies through individualized, genomics-informed nutrition, movement, and lifestyle medicine.

We know that not every woman will be able to work with Rejuvenating Health directly. That’s why our vision extends beyond our programs. Through public speaking, our podcast, free educational resources, and social platforms, we are committed to impacting at least 10,000 women over the next five years — giving them access to science-backed education, practical tools, and a new standard for sustainable women’s health at every stage of life.

OUR VALUES

We value the personal character traits of honesty (always be honest), integrity (always be real), generosity (give more than we take), humility (be humble and accept our weaknesses), courage (do hard things and step outside of the comfort zone), grit (be passionate and have perseverance for long-term and meaningful goals), quality (have a strong mind when faced with adversity), and fortitude (what we do, we do well).

Danielle, is a board-certified health and wellness coach for over 8 years. I believe health isn’t about perfection or quick fixes—it’s about curiosity, compassion, and understanding how all the pieces of life fit together. My coaching philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are, listening deeply, and helping them build sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. I specialize in supporting women navigating hormonal, metabolic, and mid-life transitions, and I’m passionate about helping them make sense of their symptoms and regain confidence in their bodies. Working within a functional, holistic model allows me to look beyond symptoms to root causes and honor the connection between hormones, nutrition, stress, sleep, and lifestyle so each client can find a personalized, realistic path to lasting health.

Outside of coaching, I am a Reiki Master and love the connection and intuitive space this practice allows for. My dog Marely and I are the only females in the house. We live with my husband and 2 teenage sons. My favorite part of the day is driving the boys home from practice and hearing them and their friends talk in the back seat. The smell hardly bothers me anymore!

Rachel is Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping women achieve lasting health through functional and lifestyle medicine. After eight years in Emergency Medicine, I became frustrated with the current healthcare model within the United States, a model of “sick care," the focus being on treating symptoms and chronic conditions rather than addressing root causes.
My path into functional medicine became personal as I navigated fertility challenges related to PCOS and postpartum health issues related to postpartum anxiety, and depression. Through my own healing journey, I discovered the power of treating the whole person—mind, body, and soul—using nutrition, movement, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
In addition to my clinical background, I am a certified Olympic lifting coach and spend much of my free time at CrossFit, Yoga, and Pilates. I’m also a proud mom to a five-year-old daughter, which continually reinforces the importance of balance, self-kindness, leading by example and long-term wellness.
My mission is to partner with patients to restore health, prevent disease, and build strong foundations for lifelong well-being

At TGM, we know how easy it is for high-capacity women to look “put together” while running on fumes. We’ve lived the hustle, the over-functioning, and the quiet feeling of being unseen. That’s why we built a team to help women understand they don't have to carry it alone.

Founded by Laken Summerville and Crystal Crespo, TGM has grown into a group of mindset practitioners who share one clear goal: help women move from self-doubt and survival mode to self-trust, clarity, and calm, consistent action. Our coaches blend Enlifted storywork, somatic tools, breathwork, NLP and holistic habits to create simple yet sustainable change without the shame and hustle.

We partner closely with Rejuvenating Health to support clients’ care plans. In practice, that looks like: naming the real story, cleaning up the language, downshifting the nervous system, and taking the next right step to stack wins that last. Clients feel seen, regulated, and equipped with tools they can use at home, work, and in relationships.

Our mission is simple: detox what no longer serves (physically, mentally, and emotionally) so women can redefine success on their own terms and lead lives that actually feel like they’re for them. We hold the mirror, provide real tools, and create a space that feels like home backed by a team that prioritizes human connection.

MEET THE FOUNDER

LINDSEY VANSCHOYCK -MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, DipACLM – Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional

Lindsey VanSchoyck is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health, functional medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine. She is board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine and is currently completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP), with anticipated completion in 2026.

Lindsey’s work is deeply rooted in lived experience. She struggled with disordered eating throughout high school and college, eventually reaching a breaking point that led her to a rehabilitation center in an effort to regain control of her health once and for all. In 2008, she became pregnant with her first child — a pivotal moment that changed everything. Lindsey realized she had to heal her mind, body, and relationship with food not only for herself, but for the daughter she was bringing into the world.

After having children, Lindsey faced her own complex health challenges, including severe gut dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, and — later — navigating perimenopause herself. She quickly discovered that conventional, symptom-based medicine failed to address the root causes of what she was experiencing. Rather than accepting frustration or dismissal, she immersed herself in functional and lifestyle medicine, ultimately transforming her own health by rebuilding her metabolism, restoring hormonal balance, and creating sustainable systems that supported her body through different life phases.

Today, Lindsey is an instrumental force in helping women take that same journey. With advanced degrees in nursing, formal training in functional and lifestyle medicine, and over 15 years of experience as a health coach, she has developed a personalized, science-backed approach that meets women where they are — especially during hormonally complex seasons like perimenopause and menopause. Her work focuses on restoring metabolic health, not chasing extremes.

Lindsey continues to positively impact lives by empowering both her team and her clients to achieve success without crash diets, punishing workouts, or unsustainable protocols. Instead, she teaches women how to repair their metabolism, regulate hormones, and build strength so their bodies can naturally settle into a healthy weight — and stay there long term.

As the founder of Rejuvenating Health, Lindsey leads women every day toward a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of themselves. She believes that fitness, nutrition, mindset, and medicine are never one-size-fits-all. Through advanced lab testing, personalized data, and comprehensive lifestyle medicine strategies, Lindsey helps uncover exactly what each woman’s body needs to thrive. Combining medical expertise with compassionate coaching, she is committed to transforming lives — and redefining what sustainable health looks like for women at every stage.
